NP Capital Limited, a venture capital firm headed by businessman and investor Nimal Perera has purchased a 50 per cent stake in Arimac Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, an innovation driven digital product development firm, for a total consideration of Rs 250 million. According to NP Capital, the deal was a consolidation effort of startup businesses, where founders seek solid partnerships with potential investors to develop their businesses to the next level. Arimac is an early-stage startup founded by digital innovation expert Chamira Jayasinghe, who currently is the firm's Managing Director. Some of the world renowned customers the firm manages include Emirates, Nestle, Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson, Ogilvy, Unilever, Microsoft, 3M, Fonterra, Vodafone, Honda, MAS, Dhiraagu, Dialog, Brandix, SriLankan Airlines, Hemas, Rocell, ICTA and many more.

Arimac is also the developer of the first ever 3D action game in Sri Lanka, Kanchayudha. The story of the game revolves around Sri Lankan historical characters and events.
